What is a Gobo Projection?

A gobo refers to a piece of glass or metal that, when placed in a projector, projects your desired design onto a wall or floor. Any event can benefit from gobos, from themed parties to weddings. They can be fully customized to suit your needs. Our company specializes in digital gobo projections. By doing so, we can provide gobo projections faster and with higher resolution and detail than by ordering a glass or metal gobo.

Can you set up a day before for a rehearsal?

We can set up a rehearsal before your event. Please call us if you want more information about rehearsal setups.

Can your company provide someone to setup and operate the equipment?

Yes, our company provides certified technicians to set up and operate the equipment for all of our rentals. We are set up as a service rather than a rental house, so we prioritize providing a complete service to our clients. Our technicians are trained and experienced in handling the equipment we offer and are available to ensure that everything runs smoothly during your event. You can have peace of mind knowing that our team is on hand to handle any technical issues that may arise, allowing you to focus on your event without any distractions.

Do you offer sound system rentals for events?

Yes, we do offer sound system rentals for events. We have a wide selection of high-quality sound equipment that can accommodate events of any size, from small gatherings to large concerts. Our rental packages include speakers, amplifiers, microphones, mixers, and other necessary accessories. When is wedding season?

In Arizona and much of the U.S., wedding season typically runs from late March through early November, with peak months being April, May, October, and November due to the ideal weather. Where can I rent a stage in Arizona?

You can rent a stage anywhere in Arizona from Audio Mix Pros LLC. We offer modular stage platforms and risers for concerts, corporate events, festivals, fashion shows, weddings, and more.

Our portable stage rentals include skirting, stairs, and professional setup. Whether you need a simple riser for a speaker or a full stage setup for a live band or performance, we provide delivery, setup, and breakdown throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Glendale, Tucson, and the surrounding areas.

If we show a video and/or have audio in our presentation will the mixer support aux in from a laptop with a standard 1/8 speaker output. Will it also mix the microphone in case someone needs to speak during the video?

Yes, we can patch your laptop’s audio into our mixer using a standard 1/8″ (aux) output, and the microphone will work at the same time. This setup allows someone to speak over the video if needed.Like

Will there be a single HDMI input for a laptop to plug into to display content on both TV’s simultaneously?

Yes, we’ll provide a single HDMI input for your laptop that feeds both TVs simultaneously. We use a professional video switcher (like a mixer, but for video) and a splitter that sends HDMI over Ethernet to each screen.

The engineer: is that for setup and strike only? Will they go over how all this works before leaving?

Our engineer will handle both the setup and strike, and will also remain onsite for the duration of your event to assist with operating the equipment and ensure everything runs smoothly.

If I want a larger stage size, can I just double the price?

Not necessarily. Stage pricing depends on more than just size — it also includes labor, transportation, and setup logistics. Larger stages may require additional crew or vehicles. The best way to get an accurate price is to let us know the exact size you’re considering, and we’ll provide a custom quote based on what it takes to deliver and build it properly.
